ourselves and our customers including $1,000,000 Errors and Omission Insurance.
All reports and audits are made from observation and
interview; and such reports as provided by the insured. Inspections concern such
conditions and practices as were observed and considered at time of call; it is not
intended to indicate that there were no other exposures. The report is to be used
exclusively for underwriting purposes. We do not assume any legal liability due to
misinformation given our inspectors nor for inaccuracies, human error, etc., nor do we
assume liability for delayed reports for any cause. All Reports and audits must be
treated with the most strict confidence.
