Our employees are
courteous and tactful; S & S Services strives to establish a good rapport with the
insured. We have a standing policy to avoid discussion with the insured concerning
insurance matters not pertaining to the actual audit or survey.
S & S Services appreciate constructive criticism of both our audits and surveys, and
rely on the comments of underwriters to determine if our work meets their needs. We
appreciate special attention notes on the order request for particular information the
underwriter would like us to check.
